The JustLive Launch and Social Networking Contest

The contest officially begins 9:00 AM CST, April 1st, 2010, and ends April 30th at midnight.

Social Media Contest Rules:

To help kickoff our launch, we designed a little competition that will help us spread our reach and reward the winners with something from our affiliate stores.

The contest goes like this, we are looking for who can refer the most people to our site through three social networking sites; Facebook, Myspace and Twitter. There will be a winner from each social site, plus a grand winner who has the most across all three mediums.

As you share the site with your contact lists, provide your display name and url to your referring contact. This information must be included when the person joins our page. It is crucial for the referred person to send us the information of who sent them to us, so the individual can get credit. We also advise that the person who is participating in the contest keep track of who they referred and who actually signs up. This can be sent to us when the contest ends for double-checking.

There will be weekly updates showing who is currently in the lead in each segment.

Prizes:

• • Each winner from the three social mediums will be able to choose a T-shirt or a book priced under $20.00 from our store.
• • The grand winner will receive both a T-shirt and book, each priced under $20.00.

Rules:

• • There will be four different overall winners for this contest.
• • All social accounts involved have to be at least 1 month old.
• • You will not be allowed to refer accounts that you created.
• • To verify yourself under several social mediums, you will be asked to show proof that it’s the same person either by using same display name or avatar.
• • Person who is referring a friend needs to provide display name and url of their account to the new person being referred.
• • It is the responsibility of contest participant to ensure the referred person provides their information to JustLive.us.

JustLive.us was started by the creators of JustGetThere. After witnessing and being involved in numerous failed attempts at political activism and change in government, we came to the conclusion that there is no solution within the state system that will bring about true freedom.

Thus, we believe that the only viable way to bring about this goal, is to undermine the state system by operating outside of its purview and control. We believe that this should be done peacefully, without violence or coercion, and without political action (e.g., voting, lobbying, etc.).

While these are our beliefs, JustLive.us is designed to provide information and resources to any and all who seek to go off-grid, or to reduce their dependency on others for survival. We welcome fellow travelers and hope that the information we supply will be found useful to a broad audience — whatever their own beliefs may be.
